Prices shown are before applicable taxes, delivery fees, or permit fees.
All sales are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received or financing/Rent-to-Own (RTO) agreements have been approved.
We accept payment methods as listed on our Site or discussed at the time of order.
If paying by credit/debit card, a processing fee may apply as stated in our sales policies.

4. Delivery & Installation

Standard delivery terms and mileage limits apply; additional fees may be charged for long-distance or special delivery requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and prepared.
Certain building sizes may require permits, which are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by item. Details are available upon request.
Except as stated in a written warranty, Elite Structures provides products “as is” and makes no other guarantees.

6. Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.
Order cancellations may be subject to restocking or processing fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elite Structures is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.

Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Fee

All orders are subject to a cancellation fee once placed.
For stock models, a $100 cancellation fee applies.
For custom-built models, a $100 cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 2 days of placing the order.
After 2 days on custom-built models, down payments up to $1,000 are non-refundable. Refunds for amounts over $1,000 on a custom model are given on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds on Returned Products After Delivery

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within five (5) days of delivery for inspection, subject to the following:

Please inspect your product upon delivery and setup.
If you find an issue, contact our customer support team at 937-779-9399. We will send someone to your location to inspect and, if possible, fix or repair your product.
If the product cannot be repaired on site, we will offer you an exchange for the same product.
If an exchange cannot be provided, we will refund your payment, less any applicable cancellation fees listed above.
