When you purchase a shed, cabin, or structure from Elite Structures, you get free delivery within 50 miles of our shed lot:

Over 50 miles: Additional mileage fees apply (we’ll quote you before scheduling).
Private moves (non-purchases): If you need a shed moved from one location to another, this is handled through Elite Transport and is quoted per job based on size, route, and site access.

What’s Included with Standard Delivery (Purchases)

When you purchase a shed or cabin from Elite Structures, our delivery includes:

Professional delivery & placement at your prepared site
Blocking and leveling of your building:
- We typically carry 2-inch, 4-inch, and 8-inch concrete blocks and shims to level your structure
- We block approximately every 8 feet along the length of the building for proper support
Mule equipment for precise placement, allowing us to maneuver your shed into tight or hard-to-reach spots with minimal lawn disruption

For larger sheds (such as 24 ft long or oversized widths):

We may request that you provide your own blocks at the time of delivery so we can complete the leveling process efficiently
We will let you know in advance if this will be required based on your order size

Optional add-ons: ground anchors/tie-downs, additional blocking, site re-visits, long-distance transport, and specialized placement is also available.

Oversized Loads

By state law, any building 14′ or 16′ wide requires:

Oversize load permits
Pilot car escorts for safe transport on state highways

To make your shed purchase as simple and hands free as possible we take care of everything — from securing the permits to arranging pilot cars — so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork or logistics.
